How We Protect Your Data
Survale uses personally identifiable candidate and employee data to provide automated talent experience feedback and analytics. We take the responsibility of handling that data seriously.
SOC 2 Type 2 Compliant
Our operations and security infrastructure have undergone and passed an exhaustive external audit for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. We are audited annually by external auditors for performance against SOC 2 security controls and procedures.
GDPR Compliant
Survale utilizes data centers within the EU to ensure clients can keep their data local. We incorporate GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses into our agreements and provide UI-level tools for subject data deletion or pseudonymization.
Minimal PII Collection
Survale does not utilize or collect any Sensitive Data like health or payment information. The data we require is limited to low-level PII: name, email, and mobile phone number for clients choosing SMS feedback.

All data is stored in secure hosting facilities provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), leveraging their world-class physical and network security infrastructure.
