Why Employee Experience Matters

The Business Case for Employee Experience

Reduced Turnover Costs

Organizations with strong employee experience programs see significantly lower voluntary turnover. This reduces the enormous costs of recruiting, onboarding, and ramping replacement hires.

Stronger Employer Brand

Satisfied employees become your best advocates. The EmployE program’s exclusive Promote capability identifies highly satisfied employees and guides them to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed, and more.

Higher Engagement and Performance

Understanding what drives employee engagement lets you take targeted action. The EmployE program measures Growth, Development, Performance, Internal Mobility, and Manager Experience — so you can pinpoint where to invest.
