The EmployE program is an easy and accessible way for organizations to measure, understand, and optimize their employee experience. As an evolution of the acclaimed CandE Candidate Experience Benchmark Research and Award Program, the EmployEs uses a proven, data-driven methodology to provide a confidential and comprehensive look at what your employees are really thinking.
The process is simple: you survey your employees using our guidelines and a dedicated survey link, we benchmark the data by securely and anonymously aggregating your survey responses against all other participating organizations and, unlike a best places to work survey, you get actionable insights through a detailed report and one-on-one consultation with our employee experience experts.
The program measures various aspects of the overall employee experience and goes deeper into attitudes about Growth and Development, Engagement and Performance, Retention and Internal Mobility, and Manager Experience. The Program uses multiple employee benchmark metrics for key performance areas.

Any organization that participates in the annual EmployE Benchmark Research and Awards Program is eligible. To win, you must achieve an above-average employee experience score compared to all participants and meet minimum survey response thresholds.
Yes. The EmployE program does not utilize any Personally Identifiable Information. All personal data is kept in house because participants distribute their own surveys. Benchmark reports show your results against anonymized aggregate data. Your specific scores, employee comments, and internal data are never shared with other participants or made public without your explicit permission.
