New Services Offering Provides a Virtual Analyst For Clients Rooted in a Solid Roadmap for Expanding Recruiting Experience Management and Upcoming Enhanced AI Provides Natural Language Sentiment Analysis

LAS VEGAS, NV – Top HR Product Award winning Talent feedback platform provider Survale announced today the availability of three new resources for Survale clients at the 2023 HR Technology Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas.

Survale’s new Technology Enabled Services provides clients with a fractional resource to analyze recruiting experience data and provide recommendations for optimizing their people, processes and technologies associated with providing world class recruiting experiences and improving hiring outcomes. This service draws from Survale’s new “Data Driven Candidate Experience Maturity Model.” This white paper coalesces the collective experiences of Survale’s large client base to map candidate experience management capabilities to hiring outcomes in a four pillar model of increasing capability and benefit.

Survale is also announcing their latest iteration of AI sentiment analysis. This upcoming Large Language Model feature will work alongside Survale’s existing AI text analysis feature to provide deeper insights into talent sentiment, allowing for emotional analysis of experiences as a way to identify issues and optimize talent experiences.

Technology Enabled Services and the free Survale Data Driven Candidate Experience Maturity Model are available immediately. The upcoming LLM AI Sentiment Analysis is in alpha stage and is expected to be rolled out selectively to Survale clients Q1 24.
