Did you know that 76% of candidates research your company on your career site, though social media and other methods prior to applying for your jobs?  And 64% rated the career site as the most helpful resource for doing their research.

Satisfied Candidate

These and other fascinating statistics are part of the latest Talent Board Candidate Experience Research Report. The Talent Board runs an annual survey that results in the “Candi Awards.”  It is a year round program for employers who want to get feedback on their own candidate experience, while contributing to the larger research project to assess the state of candidate experience and provide benchmarks for organizations to better understand how they stack up against the rest of the world.

At Survale, we are all about measuring and improving candidate experience and we look forward to the survey every year.  The Talent Board is fighting the good fight, supporting candidates and helping organizations quantify the effect their candidate’s attitudes have on their hiring success.

Survale puts organizations in the driver’s’ seat for measuring their own candidate satisfaction, both automatically on their career site and through automated follow-up surveys.  And Survale benchmarks satisfaction statistics across the user base.

We’re excited to see the new report. If you would like to download it, click here and fill out the Talent Board registration form. While you’re at it, sign up to participate in this years’ survey and awards.
