Dent Wizard’s Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Strategy, Tony Suzda, and I had a chance to speak at the Talent Board‘s recent virtual conference “Best Practices in Candidate Experience and Diversity and Inclusion” with our session: Using Experiential Feedback Data to Optimize Recruitment Operations.
The presentation highlights how Dent Wizard’s use of Survale has incorporated structured, experiential feedback data into their management of recruitment operations. In other words, they ask their candidates “how are we doing?” at each stage of their recruiting process. The data gives them insight into how effective their career site is for various candidate segments. It tells them how well phone screens are executed by each member of their recruiting team.
And did you ever wonder what happens at interviews? Well, Tony knows. And the data helps him align recruiters and hiring managers and hold them both accountable for their performance with common metrics. He also knows not just “how many” offers are accepted or declined. He knows exactly why. And he can use that data to work with the company’s leadership to ensure offers are competitive.
As recruiters move candidate through their ATS stages, Survale gathers feedback from all constituencies involved and presents the analytics to recruiting leadership. All those “black box” sub processes of recruiting, like assessments, third party recruiters, interviews, etc, are exposed through feedback.
