Survale Professional Edition is designed for organizations that want the ability to get high level feedback about their hiring, onboarding and employee experiences. Pro makes it simple to get started and allows you to track and benchmark important metrics and gain insights into what is working and what could be improved with your talent facing programs like hiring. 

Enterprise gives you unlimited capacity for placing feedback at the heart of all your talent facing programs. Whereas the Pro Edition supports ad hoc surveys, or automatic sending of surveys by embedding surveys into ATS emails or recruiter signatures,  Enterprise integrates with your ATS or HRMS and automatically triggers feedback in real time after key stages in the hiring and employee lifecycle. This integration also imports all the data your ATS/HRMS has about the survey taker.  This data and real time stage based triggers mean that fewer questions are required and responders are still actively engaged when they get surveys, resulting  higher response rates. Most importantly, Enterprise analytics can identify issues down to the location, recruiter, hiring manager, job, source and more. This results in more specific, more actionable insights. Survale Professional Edition is a toolkit designed for year round candidate, hiring manager and employee surveying and analytics. The CandE program is an annual research project that surveys your candidates for the purpose of benchmarking performance, uncovering annual opportunities to optimize your candidate experience and identify top performers for an award.

Survale Pro provides more surveys and focused dashboard analytics for ongoing metrics, whereas the CandE program features a single, very specific research survey and no dashboards.
