Coming January 2026, “the EmployEs” is an easy and accessible way for organizations to measure, understand, and optimize their employee experience. As an evolution of the acclaimed CandE Candidate Experience Benchmark Research and Award Program, the EmployEs uses a proven, data-driven methodology to provide a confidential and comprehensive look at what your employees are really thinking.
By participating you’ll get benchmark research that measures various aspects of the overall employee experience and goes deeper into attitudes about Growth and Development, Engagement and Performance, Retention and Internal Mobility and Manager Experience. The EmployE Program’s insights can help you to build a world-class workplace, improve retention, and strengthen your employer brand.
A Proven Benchmark Research Process
Just like The CandEs, The EmployE Program uses a time-tested methodology to provide a clear picture of your employee experience.
- You Survey Your Employees: Using our guidelines and a dedicated survey link, you’ll collect confidential feedback from your employees. The program is designed to gather responses from employees at all stages of their journey—from new hires to long-term team members.
- We Benchmark the Data: Your survey responses are securely and anonymously aggregated. We then benchmark your results against all other participating organizations on our Survale analytics platform.
- You Get Actionable Insights: You’ll receive a detailed report and a one-on-one consultation with our employee experience experts. This session will provide an in-depth review of your data, pinpointing your strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Our Process
How it Works
The EmployE Benchmark Program process is simple, and our research team will guide you every step of the way.
After you register to participate, the program consists of three primary steps:
Receive Guidelines and Survey Link: Get our methodology guidelines and your dedicated survey link to help you identify which employees to target and how to distribute the survey for maximum confidential feedback.
Distribute the Employee Survey: Collect candid employee experience feedback from employees at all stages of their journey—from new hires to long-term team members.
Access Your Data: You will receive secure login access to the Survale analytics platform to view all your raw data and the aggregate, anonymized benchmark data.
Our research team schedules regular check-in calls during the feedback collection phase to review your data with you and answer any questions.
Once the final survey deadline passes, we finalize the annual benchmark ratings and schedule a formal data reporting session with our experts. This session will provide a detailed review of your data, pinpointing your strengths and opportunities for improvement in your employee journey.
